Tosh made a reappearance as a mysterious arms dealer and pirate. After the incident, Tosh took leadership of Project Shadowblade, and the group remained opposed to the Dominion becoming a "subversive rebel group". After the fall of the Confederacy, he later transferred to the Dominion Ghost Program and at this point in his life Tosh was a passionate supporter of Arcturus Mengsk and the Dominion.Īt some point later on, he became a spectre after joining Project Shadowblade under General Cole Bennett in a coup against the Terran Dominion but the coup did not go well as Bennett and his rebels' plans for overthrowing the Dominion were foiled by Dominion ghost agent Nova and her team. During his early life, Tosh was raised by his grandmother on the "mean streets" of Haji, without much access to education or a use for one.
